We have been performing as-built services for architects and designers for over 15 years. We have measured and drafted an estimated over 1,000,000 square feet for both residential and commercial properties. The principal, David Chiabaudo, currently performs all the site work with a support staff of drafters on an as needed basis. Mr. Chiabaudo has formerly worked for architects and designers on all aspects of projects which provides him with a greater understanding of what an important tool as-built drawings are in beginning the design process. Focusing on only providing as-built drawings allows for a greater start and turn-around time.
