Our rates are based on a variety of factors which may include square footage, number of floors, architectural complexity and repititions and, of course, defined scope of work. Many of these factors can contribute to a reduced fee. For example, if it is determined that a multi-story building has a very simiar footprint on each of the floors or if a house has a slab-on-grade foundation rather than a raised foundation, there would be a savings.
